Bearings: When bearings are used to give direction, they are given in terms of degrees from north.
How do you use them?
Firstly you place a 360 degree protractor on the map. The bearing can be found by measuring the angle from North in a clockwise direction. It is important to remember that North is 0 degrees.
There are many other ways of finding directions. Another way other than Bearings is compas directions:

And finally is the most specific in derections:
